The Premium Print Client edition is basically the same as our normal CardExchange® Premium edition but with the option to communicate with our Print Server or Dispatcher products.

The Premium edition of CardExchange® combines all functionality of the Entry edition and includes powerful functionality like signature capturing, User Logins, and the new powerful database drop down boxes! Considering the database connections you are able to design, internal views/queries to retrieve information on the card from out of multiple tables without doing it directly in the database. It supports MS Access connection on any loction you prefer. Besides the use of our Add On products, the Premium edition also allows you to buy and use seperated modules for databases and contactless encoding. With the Photo options window you can change the behavior of CardExchange® when you want to take a picture.

By using the Photo options, you can, for example, set the Take Picture button to import a picture. All the these settings in the Photo options can be applied seperately for each connected card layout. That means that for each connected card layout you can set if the photo is coming from a scanner, a camera, or imported from a file.

Together with the options you can set actions when printing cards, like automate what to do when there is no photo available, you can control your print process completely. In production areas, you can easilly let CardExchange® automate your process by setting actions if you insert a record to your database. After inserting this record, CardExchange® can automaticelly acquire or import a photo, print the card and set the database editor ready for input of a new record. Also when you are entering the data manually, you can make CardExchange automate your process.
